Solution 1 – Perform A Clean Boot:
Type in a Search box on msconfig command and select System Configuration from the list.
On services tab click disable all and select checkbox of Hide all Microsoft services and click on apply. Then click on ok button.
On Startup tab of Task Manager for select Enabled element and click on Disable button. Specially for High Startup Impact tab.
Then close the task manager
